Sooo Ketolicious Vanilla Dessert Crust (thawed)
- 800g mascarpone cheese (room temp.)
- 150g crème fraiche (room temp.)
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 255g keto powdered sweetener
- 2 tsp orange or lemon zest
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp vanilla or caramel zero-sugar syrup (Optional)
- Sliced Strawberries (Optional)
- Crushed pistachios (Optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 300 °F. Place the crust on a 9" springform or pie pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Take out and let cool before use.
- Brush your favorite syrup on the crust for extra moisture (Optional).
- Using an electric mixer, combine mascarpone cheese, crème fraiche, keto sweetener, orange or lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the filling onto the Sooo Ketolicious crust.
- Using a small spatula, smooth the surface to even out the filling.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours until firm.
- Garnish with strawberries and crushed nuts (Optional).
