- Sooo Ketolicious Pizza Crust
- Favourite low-carb tomato sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated parmesan
- Thinly sliced roasted bell peppers
- Thinly sliced eggplant
- Thinly sliced zucchini
- Thinly sliced yellow squash
- Thinly sliced green onions
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Salt & pepper
- Grated garlic, and chopped parsley
- mixed with olive oil
- Fresh chives
- Cayenne pepper
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Use scissors to open the package, remove crust, and place on pizza pan.
- Spread tomato sauce on crust.
- Spread mozzarella cheese.
- Top with roasted red peppers.
- Top with eggplant.
- Top with zucchini.
- Top with yellow squash.
- Top with green onions.
- Top with red onions.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and parmesan on top.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes.
- Brush with garlic/parsley olive oil.
- Garnish with fresh chives, and crushed cayenne pepper (Optional).
- Let cool then slice and serve
