Seafood Pizza

Ingredients
- Sooo Ketolicious Pizza Crust
- Favourite low-carb tomato sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Shredded canned tuna
- Marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and thyme - shrimp, calamari, scallops, surimi
- Mushrooms
- Sliced black olives
- Diced shallots
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme (Optional)
- Lemon slices (Optional)
Recipe
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Use scissors to open the package, remove crust, and place on pizza pan.
- Spread tomato sauce on crust.
- Spread mozzarella cheese.
- Top with tuna.
- Top with calamari.
- Top with calamari.
- Top with surimi.
- Top with shrimp.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh Thyme and fresh lemon juice squeezed from lemon (Optional).
- Let cool then slice and serve.
