Pulled Pork Pizza
- Sooo Ketolicious Pizza Crust
- Favourite low-carb tomato sauce
- Favourite low-carb BBQ sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- Pulled pork (Optional: pulled beef)
- Thinly sliced shallots
- Sliced green onions
- Fresh Parsley (Optional)
- Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Use scissors to open the package, remove crust, and place on pizza pan.
- Spread tomato sauce on crust.
- Spread BBQ sauce on crust.
- Spread mozzarella cheese.
- Top with shallots.
- Top with green onions.
- Top pulled pork (Optional: pulled beef).
- Bake for 8-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and crushed cayenne pepper (Optional).
- Let cool then slice and serve.
