BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
  • Sooo Ketolicious Pizza Crust
  • Favourite low-carb tomato sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan
  • Thinly sliced roasted bell peppers
  • Thinly sliced eggplant
  • Thinly sliced zucchini
  • Thinly sliced yellow squash
  • Thinly sliced green onions
  • Thinly sliced red onions
  • Salt & pepper
  • Grated garlic, and chopped parsley
  • mixed with olive oil
  • Fresh chives
  • Cayenne pepper

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. Use scissors to open the package, remove crust, and place on pizza pan.
  3. Spread tomato sauce on crust.
  4. Spread mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with roasted red peppers.
  6. Top with eggplant.
  7. Top with zucchini.
  8. Top with yellow squash.
  9. Top with green onions.
  10. Top with red onions.
  11. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and parmesan on top.
  12. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
  13. Brush with garlic/parsley olive oil.
  14. Garnish with fresh chives, and crushed cayenne pepper (Optional).
  15. Let cool then slice and serve
